This Saturday we will do a tasting of 5 new wines from Piedmont Marchese di Barolo wines.

We have a great line-up ahead this summer!!!

This Saturday we will do a blind tasting of 5 wines to test your skills in identifying wine grapes.
You will have 10 choices to identify 5 different grape varietals. They will be very representative
of the classic styles of these grapes. If you can Identify all 5 varietals,
the tasting is free - otherwise the cost is $10 per person

The Feast of the Assumption is coming up in two weeks. We will do tastings all 4 days of the feast.

Our wine style exemplifies bright acidity, all while showcasing true varietal characteristics. Balance is the theme throughout, keeping alcohol levels below 15% and finely-tuning tannins to deliver a lush, full bodied wine with balanced acidity. The labels all incorporate beautiful public domain art rooted in history: woodblock prints from the 1500s, illustrations by John James Audubon, and etchings from
William Blake and John Boydell. Our labels, like our wines, are known to engage,
evoke emotion, and spark conversation.

A chance meeting at a restaurant led to a friendship between sports commentator Jim Nantz and wine entrepreneur Peter Deutsch. Inspired by their mentor fathers and motivated by a shared passion for exceptional wine, the two found a new calling: to produce handcrafted wines that bear the standard of excellence and style that are the hallmarks of these two men.
WINEMAKING
Jim and Peter worked closely with winemaker Marco DiGiulio to identify the ideal vineyards
to suit their preferred wine style. Marco was the perfect partner for their venture
a world-class winemaker who has made some of California’s best wines in his tenure
at wineries such as Pine Ridge, Robert Pepi and Lokoya.
